I know the answer. Northern Italy is very interesting because it was a very small region in Bergamo. Milan 35 miles away not affected. Why? The answer is that in 2019 there were 3 meningitis deaths in Bergamo and the council ordered 250,000 doses of meningitis vaccine and meningitis/flushot combined. They administered this in Bergamo at the end of 2019, particularly to old people.
In 2020 Covid arrived and the deaths were collosal. The 2019 vaccine had damaged the immune systems of people.

Therefore one reason for Covid pandemic is the flushot having damaged people.
