Communist scare describes a type of PsyOps which was used during the Cold War. It includes multiple event- and discourse [PsyOps]] based on the strategic narrative of a communist enemy of the free West, which was in fact used after the end of WWII to built up the dialectic of warfare and to enhance that dialectic within the societies of Western Europe and elswhere.
