Health tips to stay alive longer

What I do to stay alive:

  • don’t worry about fake media stories (all of them)
  • eat well
  • drink reverse osmosis dechlorinated water
  • sleep at same time for 6.5 hours
  • limit sugar (my current weakness)
  • avoid alcohol
  • inhale clean air without a mask
  • avoid toxic air, ground level pollution, chemicals (difficult in a city)
  • walk or equivalent one hour per day
  • Squatting position for bowel movements via the Lillipad
  • professional teeth cleaning every 3 months (the destruction cycle of a bacterial colony)
  • use a separate face cloth from the body towel to avoid  transferring bacteria
  • publish and share truth
