Current “Mistakes” are 100% on purpose. There has been a cultural shift towards revelation and revision starting with the Star Wars prequels in the early 2000s. Inserting Easter Eggs to increase engagement has been a marketing strategy. We’re seeing calls for change, reform and revolution from both sides of the spectrum. This is just part of the Great Reset/Great Awakening’s marketing campaign. The appearance of the Lunar Lander can likely be attributed to actual engineering.
